M57-Crop * M57 First DSO using Canon 20D, prime focus cropped on C8N Unguided on CG5 mount. Not close to polar alignment so took only 20ses subs of total 10 (5 in this batch). No dark reduction. Initial processing on MaxDSLR and then on Paint.net Camera: Canon 20d Prime focus. Orion * 18 frames of 20 sec @ ISO 1600 Exposure avarage of 2 dark frame substracted. Mount CG5 Non GOTO with 8N without Guiding on 17 Deg F cold evening. Camera Adapter: T-Mount converted to 2 using PVC pipe. Color Conversion on MaxDSLR & Stacking on MaxImDL with One star allignment Sigma Clip. Final Processing on Paint.Net * 2000 x 1302 * (762KB)
